Only the Z-shaped barn door models include a groove at the bottom. The frosted glass barn door models do not have this feature. We recommend using an exterior floor guide, or you may choose to route a groove in the bottom, as the bottom rail is made of solid wood.

Additionally, you can enhance airflow by using sliding barn door hardware for the doors.
